Spin and Reformer Pilates Combo Classes
Looking for a great way to tone while getting your cardio in? Join us for our newest 50/50 class spin and reformer pilates!
It begins with 25 min of spin to get the heart rate up, break a sweat and tone your butt and thighs. It ends with 25 min of reformer Pilates to work your abs and upper body and to stretch it all out.
Please arrive 10-15 min early so we can get you all set up on your bike. Spin shoes (SPD OR LOOK) or running shoes are required.
